Ingredients

7-8 people
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupmota besan (you can use normal besan also)
  3. 1/4 cupsuji
  4. 1 cupjaggery
  5. 1-1/2 cupghee
  6. 15Almond& 10 Cashew chopped
  7. 1/2 tspNutmeg & Mace powder
  8. 1 tspCardamom Powder
  9. 1/4 cupMilk 🥛
  10. 1 tbspPoppy seeds for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    For Muthiya.. mix wheat flour + suji + little ghee + milk knead it & make muthiya

    Heat rest of ghee & fry muthiya on slow flame till golden color

    Let it cool down & break it & churn in mixer on pulse mode seive it & keep aside

    Roast besan in little ghee till aroma comes & golden color let it cool down
    In big bowl add take crumbled flour, besan,nuts, cardamom powder & nutmeg &mace powder mix it well

    Now melt Jaggery in other pan when it melts add in Ladoo mixture mix it with spoon first & then hands if ghee requires add 1-2 tsp & made small Ladoos & roll it in poppy seeds & enjoy
