Cooking Instructions

Take a deep pan, spread sugar in it.
Keep the flame on medium and let it get caramelised. - 2
As soon as sugar get caramelised, pour ghee on it with a continuous stir. After that add dessicated coconut in it.

Then cook it till it starts leaving ghee. After that add fresh cream and again cook it well. With continuous stiring add chopped Cashew nuts and pistachios.
Cook it well for 6-7 minutes. Then switch off the flame. - 4
Then take it out all the mixture in a plate. Spread it so that it will cool easily. As soon as it cools down, without applying ghee on your palm start making Ladoos with light hand and then coat it with powdered coconut.
