Ingredients

  1. 500 gmboneless chicken
  2. 2onions
  3. 1/2 cuptomato puree
  4. 2tomatoes paste
  5. 10kaju
  6. 1 tspgaram masala
  7. 1 tspzeera powder
  8. 1 tspdhania powder
  9. 2 tspkasuri methi powder
  10. 2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 2 tspkishmish
  12. Salt
  13. 1/2 tspHaldi
  14. 3 tbsfresh cream
  15. 100 gmbutter
  16. Oil
  17. Water
  18. 2 tbsginger garlic paste
  19. 2Bay leaf

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and marinate chicken with dry masala powders and ginger garlic paste.

  2. 2

    Heat butter add bay leaf add tomato paste, cook then add marinated chicken.add tomato puree.
    Heat oil and add sliced onions make barista. Soak kaju in hot water.grind fried onions kaju and kishmish.

    Add the onion paste in the chicken mix well add water cook till oil separates add fresh cream mix and let it cook.serve hot.
