Gather Ingredients

Preparing Dough:First filter the Gulabjamun Mix so there are no Lumps.
Add Milk and make soft dough
Keep Aside for 10 minutes. - 3
Making Jaggery Syrup : In 3 cups of water add 500 gm jaggery and melt it completely. It will take around 10 minutes.
Now Filter the syrup so there are no impurities. - 4
Make small balls of the dough.
In a pan add enough ghee or oil for deep frying the dough balls. - 5
On low flame deep fry the gulabjamuns. This will take 15 - 20 minutes.
Make sure you are frying on low flame so that the inner core of gulabjamun is cooked properly. Fry until brown and properly cooked. - 6
Now add Cardamom Powder to the Jaggery Syrup and Heat for 2 Minutes before adding the gulabjamuns.

Add the Gulabjamuns to the Sweet Jaggery Syrup. Keep it aside for an hour so the Jaggery Syrup is Absorbed by the Gulabjamun.

Garnish with grated Almonds

Here we are. These Healthy and Scrumptious Gulabjamuns are ready to be enjoyed.
