Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfoxtail millet/navane
  2. 1medium dry red chilli
  3. 1medium onion chopped
  4. 3-4 curry leaves
  5. 1 tablespoonmustard seeds
  6. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water to cook

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the foxtail millet/navane well and rinse it off. Soak for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Now heat the kadai add oil,mustard seeds,chilli and curry leaves later add onion and fry it well.

  3. 3

    Now add soaked foxtail millet and fry for while

  4. 4

    Now add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt fry it for while. Later add water and cook it water evaporates.
