  1. 200 gmpaneer
  2. red chilli powder
  3. turmeric powder
  4. salt
  5. oil
  6. bay leaf, cardomn stick, badi elaichi
  7. cumin seeds
  8. onion
  9. sugar
  10. tomato puree
  11. paneer masala
  12. curd
  13. peas
  14. water
  15. leavescoriander

Cooking Instructions

    In a plate, add 200 gm paneer cubes

  2. 2

    Sprinkle 1/2 tb red chilli, turmeric powder and salt and give it a good mix

  3. 3

    In a cooker, add 4 tb oil along with bay leaf, cardomn stick and badi elaichi

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 tb cumin seeds and saute for few minutes

  5. 5

    Add 1 cup chopped onion and cook for 3-5 min and add 1/2 tb sugar

  6. 6

    Add 1/2 tb turmeric powder and 1 tb red chilli powder

  7. 7

    Add 3/4 cup tomato puree and cook properly along with 1/2 tb paneer masala

  8. 8

    Add 1/2 cup curd and mix at low flame

  9. 9

    Cover and cook for 2 min at low flame

  10. 10

    Add 1 cup boiled peas & cook for 2 min

  11. 11

    Add 2 cup water

  12. 12

    Add paneer cubes and mix gently

  13. 13

    Cook for 2 whistles on medium flame

  14. 14

    Add coriander leaves and mix

  15. 15

    Cover and cook for 3-5 min on medium flame

  16. 16

    Matar paneer is ready to serve
