Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupAtta
  2. 1/2 cupMaida
  3. 2 bunchMethi leaves
  4. 1 tspGinger paste
  5. 1/2 tspCarom seeds
  6. Salt as required
  7. 1 tbspOil,
  8. 1 pinch Turmeric powder
  9. 3green Chilli paste
  10. Oil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    Roughly chop Methi leaves

    Marinade Methi leaves with salt and keep in rest for 10 - 15 minutes, after a few minutes Methi leaves water.

    Take wheat flour + maida and add salt + carom seeds + ginger paste + oil + squeezed Methi leaves and mix nicely. Add water as required and make a soft dough.

    Now make medium size balls from the dough and start making Parathas with the help of a board and rolling pin.

    Now toast/cook each paratha on tawa by adding oil.

    Paratha is ready to serve, serve with masala curd or with any of your preferred curry.
