Ingredients

  1. 1 kgthin poha
  2. 125 gramspeanuts
  3. 100 gramsroasted chana (daliya)
  4. 12 green chillies chopped
  5. Handful ofcurry leaves
  6. 2 table spoon coriander seeds
  7. 1/4 cup coconut thin slices
  8. 250 grams oil
  9. 2 table spoon powdered sugar
  10. Turmeric powder, chat masala black salt as per your taste

Cooking Instructions

20 to 25 minutes

    In a big heavy bottom karahi dry roast poha at least 7-8 minutes in 4 batches in very slow flame.Keep aside.

    Heat karahi add oil and mustard seeds.Allow to crackle.Add peanuts and fry.Add chopped chillies, curry leaves, coconut slices, daliya and coriander seeds.Add black salt and turmeric powder.Mix well and roast till golden brown.

    Add roasted poha, chat masala and powder sugar.Mix in slow flame till chivda gets crispy.Store in a dry container.

    Very very nice and tasty dish for snacks time.
