Ingredients

  1. 1onion
  2. HandfulMethi leaves
  3. Handfulcoriander leaves
  4. 1 table spoonginger garlic paste
  5. 2 table spoons of oil
  6. 1 table spoons of ghee
  7. 2 glassesbasmati rice
  8. 4 glasseswater
  9. 4green chillihandful of curry leaves
  10. 1table spoons of coriander powder
  11. Handfulcurry leaves
  12. Pinchturmeric

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice for 30 mins

  2. 2

    Take a pan. Keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats add oil, Once the oil heats add jeera, cloves, Elaichi, cinnamon. Once they start sizzling add onion, curry leaves, green chilli, mix it.

    Add ginger garlic paste. Mix it well. Add Methi leaves. Mix it well. Once it cooked add boiled soya. Mix it well

    Add water. Once the water boils add soaked rice.. Add salt, coriander powder. Mix it well. Once bubble started keep the stove in low flame. Once it cooked turn off the stove. Enjoy yummy pulav.
