Ingredients

15-20mins
3-4 servings
  1. 1medium sized watermelon (2kgs approximately)
  2. 500 mlmilk (preferred tetra pack)
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1 & 1/2 cup water
  5. 1 cuprose syrup or rooh afza
  6. 1 table spoonchia seeds
  7. 3-4 scoopsvanilla Ice Cream
  8. CubesIce
  9. 5-6Tulsi or pudina leaves and rose petals (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions

15-20mins
  1. 1

Soak the chia seeds in water and keep aside. Add 1&1/2 cup of water and 1cup sugar in a pan and prepare the sugar syrup and keep aside (if used raw or pouch milk add the sugar while boiling the milk and then don't use water) (terta pack milk doesn't require boiling so we need to preparethe sugar syrupseparately). Cut 1/2 of the watermelon in cubes and keep aside. Take one fourth of the watermelon and blend it to prepare a watermelon juice and keep aside.

  2. 2

Add the sugar syrup in the bowl of diced watermelons. Add the scoops of ice cream. Add 1/2 cup of the rose syrup. (Check the sweetness of the drink it should be extra sweet than required as ice and milk will reduce the sweetness later)

  3. 3

Add the Whole milk in the bowl. Add ice in it. Add the watermelon juice. Add the chia seeds. Keep the bowl to cool, the drink is almost ready.

  4. 4

Take the remaining 1/4 of the watermelon and cut it in dice and 3-4 four peice in cone shaped for garnish. In a glass add some the diced watermelons and some ice and then the prepared drink. At the top add 1-2 rose petal and tulsi or pudina leaves and place the cone shaped watermelon on the edge and its ready to serve
