Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSoybean flour
  2. 1/2 cupsuji
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. 2 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves chopped
  6. 1 sacheteno

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add suji, curd and soya flour. Mix well keep aside for 30 mins. Add little water at a time and make a thick flowing batter.

    Add chopped coriander leaves in it.Add the salt and stir well to combine. Cover the bowl mix well.

    Grease the mini idli plates and add eno mix well. pour the batter into the molds. Steam in an idli cooker or a steamer for 10-12 minutes.

    Check the idli for doneness, let it rest for a minute or two in the mold. Scoop the idlis out using a sharp spoon and serve with any chutney or Sambar.
