Cooking Instructions

Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan, add the semolina, and roast it on medium heat until it turns golden and aromatic (about 6-7 minutes).

Slowly pour in the water. Add the mango pulp and cook the halwa, stirring constantly, until it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan (about 5-7 minutes).Once the semolina absorbs the liquid and softens, add sugar

Sprinkle cardamom powder and add chopped nuts. Mix well and turn off the heat. You can drizzle a little extra ghee on top for that rich finish.
