This Fresh green beans recipe is a quick and easy way to cook, and it's ready in just 20 minutes. It can easily be jazzed up with some onions, fresh garlic and peanuts — let your imagination run wild!
Cooking Instructions

Chop the bottom and upper part of french beans, cut them in 1 inch length. Boil the water and add the bean pieces to boil for 5-7 minutes.aftet that drains the water. Make other ingredients ready.

Now in the same pan add 2 tbsp of oil. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped garlic and grated Ginger. Saute for a minute,then add chopped onion,green chillies and saute till onion gets light pinkish. After that add besan and roast well till a nice aroma, followed by crushed peanut. Mix everything well. Cook for a minute.

Lastly, add blanched French beans,fresh coriander,salt, turmeric powder and 1 tbsp of oil to get the shine. Mix gently and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes. Lastly add lemon juice and mix. Switch off the gas.

Transfer the Beans in a serving tray. Sprinkle some fresh coriander. Our yummy and tasty dry subji is ready. Eat with roti or chapati. Or can be eaten with white bread too. Enjoy..
