Fresh ahi tuna, fresh green beans, grassfed butter, lemon, onion, croutons, dill weed, rock salt, and fresh crushed pepper.

A one skillet, quick summer dinner, fresh and healthy.
Fresh ahi tuna, fresh green beans, grassfed butter, lemon, onion, croutons, dill weed, rock salt, and fresh crushed pepper.
Steps

Cube tuna, put in skillet with cut green beans, chopped onion, garlic, dill, salt, pepper and lemon.

Add grassfed butter, melt on low till green beans are soft, about 5 minutes.

Turn heat up, stir tuna till fried and onions glazed, about 5 minutes.

Roast sour dough croutons with parmesan cheese and granulated garlic, about 5 minutes.

Add roasted croutons, mix till warm, 2 minutes.

Serve with lemonade, cold beer or white wine. Enjoy
