Ingredients

  1. 1raw mango
  2. 2-3tomato
  3. 1 inchginger
  4. 8-10garlic pods
  5. 2green chilly
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tspred chilly powder
  8. 1 tsproasted jeera powder
  9. 1 cupcoriander leaves

    In a pan saute mango without gutli.tomato sliced.green chilly,garlic pods and ginger pieces.saute till it soften and you can easily remove skin..let it cool.

    In a mixer jar add that mixure, coriander leaves and all masala.grind them in a chutney form.enjoy with hot rice.

    You can also serve with chips.also sarve as chutney.
