Ingredients

  1. 1 small bowl of wheat flour
  2. 1 /2 small bowl of ragi flour
  3. 1/ 4 tsp Salt
  4. 1 tspoil
  5. 2 tsprice flour for dusting
  6. 4-5 tspghee

    Sieve both the flour. Add salt and make dough with the help of water.

    Allow it to rest for 10 minutes. Knead the dough. Apply oil on palm and knead again.

    Make small balls from it. Roll out roti with the help of dusting rice flour.

    Place it on tawa. Flip it cook directly on high flame and it puffs up. Cook well from both the sides. Apply ghee and serve hot with sabji/ dal. I served with aam ras.
