I love eating the creamy pasta, very easy to make. I used wheat flour to make it more healthy. Kids are surely going to love it.

Ingredients

  1. 2 CupsPasta
  2. 3 Tablespoonswheat flour
  3. 1 1/2 Cupsmilk
  4. 1/2 Cupcheddar cheese , mild , grated
  5. 1/2 Cupfresh cream
  6. To TasteSalt
  7. thyme , dried
  8. Oregano
  9. 2 Clovesgarlic , finely chopped
  10. 1 Bunchspinach leaves
  11. Olive oil
  12. butter
  13. To TastePepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the pasta as per instructions given on its package.

    In a pan, add some olive oil, then add chopped garlic to it. Cook for a minute until it is fragrant and then add chopped spinach.

    Mix and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season with some salt, thyme / oregano. Remove from flame and set aside.

    In a saucepan, melt some butter and roast wheat flour until it turns brown. Then while whisking add milk and cook for a minute stirring continuously. To avoid lumps while preparing the sauce, let the flour cool down. Then add cold milk to it, mix well and then transfer to flame.

    Add cream and cheese to it and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.

    When sauce thickens, add cooked spinach and mix well. Then fold in the pasta, stir and serve hot.

    One tip: if the white sauce made from wheat flour form lumps grind it in a mixie to remove the lumps and make it to a free flowing consistency
