Ingredients

20 mins
1-serving
  1. 2eggs
  2. 1tomato
  3. 1/2onion
  4. 1/2 tspJeera
  5. 1/8 tsphaldi
  6. 5 tbspsoil
  7. 2green chillies
  8. 1 tspcorriander chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Beat the eggs until frothy

  2. 2

    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan

  3. 3

    Add jeera and fry for a few seconds

  4. 4

    Add the chopped onion + green chilli + haldi + ginger garlic paste an stir and fry until onions are slightly brown

  5. 5

    Add the tomatoes. Cover and fry until the are soft.

    Mash the tomatoes a bit and fry for a few more minutes

  7. 7

    Empty the mix into the egg add coriander and beat vigorously until frothy

  8. 8

    In the meantime add 4 tbsp oil to the pan and heat until smoking

  9. 9

    Add the egg mix to the pan

  10. 10

    Cook for a few min on each side
