  2. 2Onion - sliced thinely
  3. 1 tspnGinger - galric crushed -
  4. 2Green chilli - sliced
  5. 1Tomato big - chopped
  6. 1/2 tspnPaprika red chilli / Kashmiri -
  7. 2 tspnsCoriander powder -
  8. 1/3 tspnTurmeric powder -
  9. 1/4 tspnCumin powder -
  10. 1 2 tspnsGaram Masala - q /
  11. 1Curd - tblpsn
  12. Oil
  13. Salt
  14. Coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan.Saute the onions till they are light brown.Add crushed ginger and garlic.Saute till

    The raw smell goes and the onions become golden brown.Add tomatoes and green chilli.Saute well and let the tomatoes become soft and mushy.

    Add the powders and saute till they are roasted well.Now add curd,paneer pieces abd sprinkle enough salt.

    Add 1/2 cup water.Add chopped fresh coriander leaves.Now cover the pan with a tight lid.On the top of the lid place some highy pan or any object.

    Simmer the flame to lowest and let it cook for 15 mints.Switch off the flame and let it sit for another 10 mints.Paneer dum masala is ready to serve.
