Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspscornflour
  2. 2 tbspsplain flour
  3. Salt
  4. Water
  5. Paneer
  6. 1 tbspoil
  7. 1 tbspgarlic
  8. 1 tbspginger
  9. 4green chilli
  10. 1capsicum
  11. 2 tbspstomato sauce
  12. 1 tbspgreen chilli sauce
  13. 2 tbspssoy sauce
  14. Spring onions chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add corn flour plain flour salt and water. Mix it well to a pouring consistency

  2. 2

    Dip paneer into batter,coat them well and deep fry

  3. 3

    Take another pan, heat some oil, add garlic, ginger, green chillies, capsicum to it. Sauté them and Stir fry it.

  4. 4

    Now add all the sauces to it and mix them well

  5. 5

    Add water and let it boil for 2 mins.

  6. 6

    Add salt and fried paneer to it and cook for another 2 min.

  7. 7

    Finally add some spring onions and mix well
