  1. 0.5 cupblueberries
  2. 0.5 cupraspberries
  3. 2 cupssoya milk
  4. 1 tablespoonchia seed
  5. 1 teaspoonsesame seed

Cooking Instructions

    Give the blueberries and raspberries into your blender

  2. 2

    Add a table spoon of chia seed

  3. 3

    Fill the 2 cups of soya milk into the blender

  4. 4

    Mix everything in the blender until frothy

  5. 5

    Fill the smoothie into a glass and put some sesame seed and blueberries on top

  6. 6

    Enjoy immediately
