    Rice 30.min ke liye soak kar dijiye paneer ko square me cut kar lijiye

    Paneer ko fry karle or ek pani wale bowl me rakh de taki paneer soft ho jaye

    Ek bade pot me pani garam karne rakhe or pani me ubal aajaye to rice or mutter ko add kar dijiye saath me thoda salt bhi add karde

    Rice pak jaye to gas off karde

    Rice ko stir karde taki extra pani nikal jaye

    Ek kadai me 2 tsp ghee garam karein usme jeera hing add karein or stir kiye huwe rice ko add karle saath me paneer or swad anusar salt add karein uper se hara dhaniya sprinkle karein

    Ready he mutter paneer jeera rice

  8. 8

    Esko aap punjabi grevy ke saath serve karein
