Ingredients

  1. 1 cupIdli batter /Uttapam batter
  2. 1/2 cupMix sprouts
  3. 8-10Bread slices
  4. 1/2 cupCucumber chopped
  5. 1Onion chopped
  6. 1Tomato chopped
  7. 2 tspCoriander leaves
  8. 2-3 tspTomato sauce
  9. to tasteBlack salt
  10. to tasteBlack pepper
  11. 2Green chilies finely chopped
  12. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Add salt in Idli batter

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl except bread slices.

  3. 3

    Cut bread slices with cutter in a round shape.

  4. 4

    Heat skillet (nonstick Tawa). Dip & coat bread slice into Idli batter. Place it on Tawa.

  5. 5

    Drizzle few drops of oil. Cook it on slow flame.

  6. 6

    Place one ladle full of sprouts on it

  7. 7

    Cover with lid. Cook it for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with green chutney or coconut chutney
