Ingredients

  1. 100 gurad daal
  2. Tamater
  3. Hari mirch...Hara dhaniya
  4. Lal mirch powder
  5. Haldi pawder
  6. Namak
  7. Dhaniya powder
  8. Garam masala
  9. 1 cupatta
  10. 2 spoonmalai
  11. Desi ghee

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Daal banane ke liy sabse pahle daal ko 2-3 baar pani se dho kar saaf kar ke cooker mein daale.saath mein 1|2 spoon haldi, namak or paani daale.Or galane tak pakaye.

    Roti ke liy ek bowl mein ata,thoda sa namak or malai daal kar gungune pani se maand le.

    Daal thik se gal jaye tab ek kadai mein desi ghee daale,jeera or hing daale. Kate tamater dale,phir namak daal kar thoda bhune.

    Isme lal mirch,dhaniya daale or mix karein. Hari mirch bhi milaye or daal daalkar mix karein. Uper se garam masala or hara dhaniya dale.Daal taiyaar hai.

    Roti ke aate se loi lekar bele.Us ke uper finger se thoda sa dba de, or tave per daal de, thodi der mein palat de, phir gass par sim gass par seke. Uper se ghee lgakr serve ke.
