Cooking Instructions

    First take a bowl add dairy milk and 1/2teaspoon of coffee powder and melt them with double boiler process.

    Take a bowl add 1tablespoons of water and 1/4teaspoon of coffee powder and mix well.keep aside.

    Now heat ghee in a wok add dates, cashewnut and almonds and roast them on slow flam for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Now take out in a mixer jaar and add milk powder and 1/2teaspoon of coffee powder and grind them coarsely.

    Now take a Marie biscuit spread dates and dry fruits mixture and cover with another biscuit dip in coffee water.

    Now dip in melted chocolate and place it in a plat and keep in fridge for one hour.
