Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbutter
  2. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 cuppeanut butter
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 tspvanilla extract
  7. 1 1/2 cupflour
  8. 1 tspbaking soda
  9. 1 pinchof salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    Cream together butter, sugars and peanut butter

  3. 3

    Add eggs and vanilla, mix well

  4. 4

    Add flour, soda and salt, mix well

  5. 5

    Place balls of dough about 1 to 1 1/2 inch in diameter on cookie sheet, 2 inches apart

  6. 6

    Flatten each ball with a fork dipped in water

  7. 7

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes

  8. 8

    Removeand cool on rack
