Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 1 poundboneless chicken breasts
  2. 3potatoes
  3. 1 quartwater
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 teaspoonchicken spices
  6. 1 teaspoonseven spices
  7. 3 clovesgarlic
  8. 1large lemon
  9. 3 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  10. 1/4 cupchopped fresh cilantro

Cooking Instructions

    To prepare the stew: Cut the chicken and potatoes into bite-sized pieces.

    In a pot, sauté the garlic and cilantro in some oil and set aside.

    In the same pot, sauté the chicken pieces with the spices until golden.

    Add the water, salt, and spices and bring to a boil.

    Meanwhile, fry the potatoes in deep oil until light golden.

    Finally, add the potatoes to the chicken and let them simmer together until the stew thickens.

    Before turning off the heat, add the sautéed garlic and cilantro, and lemon to taste.
