Cooking Instructions

Soak tamarind for 2-3 hours. Remove Seeds of dates.

Grind tamarind & dates into smooth paste. Strain paste with a big strainer.

Heat a pan

Add tamarind & dates paste, 1/2 cup water, jaggery, salt, red chilli powder & Add tamarind & dates paste and jeera powder

Bring it to 3-4 boils. Add raisins.

Once thick chutney ready remove from gas.

Once cool. Keep it in fridge. You can use it at least 15 days.
