Ingredients

  1. 1 pieceRaw Mango
  2. 1 pieceGreen chilli
  3. 5 clovesGarlic
  4. 1 tspMustard seed
  5. 1 tspCumin seed
  6. 1/2 tspPanch phoron
  7. 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  8. Salt-as per taste
  9. 1/2 cupSugar
  10. 1 tspTurmeric Powder

    To start with Cut the green raw mango into slices.

    Heat mustard oil in a deep pan.

  3. 3

    Add Mustard seeds,Cumin seeds,Panch phoron seeds,Garlic cloves to it and allow spluttering.

    Pour those sliced mango in it.

  5. 5

    After that add Turmeric powder and salt as per the taste.

    Pour 1 and 1/2 cups of water in it and keep stirring in medium flame for 5 minutes.

    After stirring you see the thickness of gravy and then add sugar to taste and mix it properly.

    Finally at last serve as a side dish with rice, dal, curry.
