Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupdeseeded dates or 3 tbsp date syrup
  2. 1 cupoats roasted
  3. 1banana
  4. 1.5 cupmilk
  5. 1 tbspHoney
  6. 1 pinchCinnamon
  7. 1 tbspFresh cream optional

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat half cup milk and soak the oats in it so they go soft

  2. 2

    Into the blender add oats dates banana milk cinnamon and blend well

  3. 3

    Add cream according to your taste and health preference
