This is a yummy shrikhand recipe which is a sweet healthy treat. It has the goodness of hung curd, dates and dry fruits.
It is white sugar free..also this is no cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 persons
  1. 400 gcurd
  2. 60 mldates syrup
  3. Handfuldry fruits of your choice
  4. as needed(cashewnuts, kishmish, almonds, walnuts, tooti frooti)
  5. as required Dates for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean muslin cloth take the curd. Tie it from the top tightly and keep it over a bowl so that whatever water is there in the curd it gets drained. Leave it overnight.
    Morning what you get is "HUNG CURD"
    Take the HUNG CURD in a mixing bowl, add dates syrup into it. Mix very nicely.

    Add chopped dry fruits and mix all well.
    Now Shrikhand is ready but do not serve now.

    Take serving dish, put the prepared shrikhand. Garnish with chopped dates and keep in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
    It's ready then.... serve...
    Enjoy your dessert...
