Ingredients

  1. 9-10 piecesdates
  2. 1/2 ltrFull fat milk
  3. to tasteSugar
  4. 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  5. as neededAlmonds chopped
  6. As neededPistachios chopped
  7. As neededraisins
  8. As neededcashew chopped
  9. 1/2 tspcinnamon powder
  10. 1 slicebread crums
  11. 1 pinchSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Method:-
    1.Take seedless dates and massed it with the help of hand...keep aside.

    Heat milk in a heavy bottomed pan,. Keep the flame at medium to low and keep stirring slowly

    Stir until the milk reduces to half about 20-25 mins. Only then it becomes thick.

    . now add dates and sugar and keep stirring.

    . Add the cardamom powder and salt and cinnamon powder

  6. 6

    Continue stirring. Add the chopped nuts and bread crums.

  7. 7

    Once it's cooled down a bit, pour into moulds and freeze for 8 hours.

    When you want to remove the kulfi, show the mould under tap water, twist the mould stick slowly and remove.

    Ready to serve it.
