Ingredients

  1. For dosa
  2. 8 slicesbread
  3. 1 cupsemolina
  4. 1 cupcurd
  5. 1 cupcooked rice
  6. as neededWater
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. For sambhar
  9. 1 1/2 cupkatori soaked the dal
  10. 2Curry leaves
  11. 1chopped onion
  12. as neededAny chopped vegetable (petha, capsicum, drumsticks)
  13. 1te spoon rai
  14. 2 teaspooncoriander powder
  15. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  16. 2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  17. as neededImli water(imli soaked in water for 10-15 minutes)
  18. 1tomato
  19. 1 pinchHing
  20. to tasteSalt
  21. 2 tea spoonsambhar powder
  22. Pinchsugar
  23. For chutney
  24. 1Curry patta
  25. 1chopped coconut
  26. 2-3green chillies
  27. as neededCoriander leaves
  28. Pinchsugar
  29. to tasteSalt
  30. 1 tspLemon juice
  31. 1 teaspooncurd
  32. 10-15rosted chana
  33. For masala
  34. 3-4boiled potatoes
  35. 1chopped onion
  36. 10-15Curry patta
  37. as neededOil
  38. 1/4 tspMustard seeds
  39. 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  40. to tasteSalt
  41. pinchHing
  42. 2 tea spoondhaniya powder
  43. 1 tspLemon juice
  44. as neededDry fruits
  45. as neededpeanuts
  46. 2 teaspoonred chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

    For dosa

    Take bowl add 8 slices by removing sides add cooked rice curd and mix with water and keep for 20 minutes

    Grind in the mixer by adding water and make batter like Normal dosa batter

    Add salt and mix well

  5. 5

    Heat tawa and spread the batter cover it for 2 minutes change the side

    Dosa ready

    For masala

    Take kadai add oil Rai hing chopped onion and saute until golden brown, put all masala and groundnut dry fruits mix well add mashed potatoes mix well put lemon juice

    For Sambhar

    Boil tur dal with tomato and salt

  11. 11

    Take kadai put oil, Rai Curry patta and chopped onion

  12. 12

    Saute till golden brown add chopped vegetable, tomato and imli water

  13. 13

    Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder and red chilli powder let it boil

  14. 14

    Add sambhar powder and boiled dal mix well after one boil add hing and partially cover it and let it boil for 10-15 minutes

    For chutney

    In the grinder put coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, and all the ingredients and grind it well.
    If want to put tadka dein take oil let it get warm add Rai Curry patta and add in chutney

    Bread and cooked rice dosa with sambhar and chutney ready to eat
