Ingredients

  1. 4hard-cooked eggs
  2. 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise or hung curd
  3. 1 teaspoonmustard sauce
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 pinchpaprika, or to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks; set whites aside.

  2. 2

    Mash yolks with a fork in a small bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard sauce and salt, mix well.

  3. 3

    Stuff or pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until serving.
