Beef Stew with Green Peppercorns
How should I introduce this dish? 😂😂 This is a dish that came to mind spontaneously on a cold rainy day. Suddenly, I craved something warm and flavorful, and I also wanted some bread. So, I decided to cook this dish 😍😍. The beef is tender with a bit of tendon, the potatoes are hearty, the carrots are sweet, and there's the spicy kick of green peppercorns 😍.

Beef Stew
It’s funny... I made some chili last week. As I was thinking in my head, “What the hell goes in chili”? I started saying, “Wait, no. This is sounding like a beef stew”. So... I decided to make a beef stew now. It’s cold now and these dishes warm the soul. I never appreciated beef stew when I was younger. But I realize how fine of a dish it is in my older age haha.

Crockpot beef stew my way.
Decided dinner was going to be whatever I cooked in the crockpot tonite, so I rummaged around the pantry and fridge. This is the first time I ever added diced tomato or kidney beans to a beef stew. WOW! I surprised myself with how well it came out and tasted.

Beef Stew
I adjusted a recipe I had for a while to create my own taste. The key is to cook the chicken after coating it in salt, pepper, and flour. When adding it back into the pot from the plate, add it together with the meat's juices. It's good even without white vinegar. Recipe by LittleBird

Quick Beef Stew
I don't have a slow cooker and I was hungry, so I cooked quickly. The meat is still very tender.

Beef stew
I must admit this recipe is really for a beef pie, but the insides where so good, why not just have the insides!! I think it qualifies for stew!! You can cook the first part in a skillet but you do need a Dutch oven to complete it. It is rather fiddly to make but I guarantee you'll be happy with the results. Props to my hubby as well for the photography as usual!!

Beef Stew
My wife has a recipe for beef burgundy which is excellent but I wanted to try making a more traditional beef stew. The weather here in Pennsylvania is starting to get cold so it is a great time for a hardy soup.

Restaurant-style Beef Stew with Big Chunks
My husband told me that he wanted to eat beef stew with big chunks of meat! So I made this.Beef gristle block is large in size and tough, so it needs to be simmered for two hours. If you don't have time, you can cut it smaller. The meat will be more tender the longer you simmer it. After you add the roux, it will burn if you simmer, so you just have to let all the ingredients meld on low heat. "May Queen" baking potatoes are delicious and will not fall apart during cooking. Spicy veggie soup with beef stew meat
I learned to make vegetable soup while working at a local restaurant in my hometown in south east louisiana. I changed the recipe to my liking. It's a hit with everyone who tries it. Perfect for a cold day. Sometimes I use fresh corn and green beans but it's easier to do it this way.

Easy Italian Beef Stew with a Pressure Cooker
Make authentic stew easily with a pressure cooker! The beef becomes tender and delicious. How about trying it for dinner? The origin of this recipeI found it in a cookbook, but the taste wasn't quite right for me... So, I adapted it to a simpler version using a pressure cooker, adjusting the ingredients, seasoning proportions, cooking steps, and flavor to my liking. I usually use store-bought roux, but when it's homemade, my kids enjoy it much more.

Easy Beef Stew
This is a recipe for cold winter days for my married older brother and his wife who are busy with work and child rearing. This warm stew is nutritious, prevents colds, and has plenty of carrots. If you really sear the meat well at first before adding the wine, it ends up delicious. I usually add mushrooms and potatoes when I make it, but when I make it to freeze I leave out the potatoes. When adding potatoes, add them in during Step 5 as you add the can of demi-glace sauce. For 4 servings. Recipe by Mawaru7

"Where's the Beef" Stew
It says 3 min prep, its supposed to say 3 hour cooking time. Stew meat, hamburger, any beef works good here, I use a frozen pot roast and after cooking, cut it into pieces before serving. You can also add egg noodles to the whole pot 30 mins before serving for more "fill" Feeds a big family! I like the "Where's the Beef?" line cause the frozen pot roast cooks at the bottom, till about an hour or so into cooking, then it floats! lol

Slow Cooker Beef Stew
I absolutely love soups and stews anytime of the year. And I enjoy making this especially for winter church potlucks and family gatherings. Whatever the occasion this is a delicious dish 😊

Homemade Rich Beef Stew from Scratch
Featured in a soup recipe book, thank you so much! It's surprisingly easy to make from scratch, yet you'll be amazed at how authentic this stew tastes.About this recipeThis is a variation of my demi-glace sauce recipe. I tried it out after buying a pressure cooker. It turned out so delicious, I was shocked!

Azie's beef stew for 2! (Crock pot version)
I was in the mood for a nice hearty winter meal and this did the trick, it also gave me a reason to break in my little 2 qt crock pot!

Nan's Hearty Beef Stew
This bourguignon-style hearty beef stew is a very flavorful comfort food that's relatively easy to prepare. A complete and balanced meal, it comes together in one pot (cast iron Dutch oven works best) that slow cooks in the oven. This would probably adapt well to cooking in a large countertop slow cooker, but I've not tried that method.I prefer using pork belly rather than bacon, but my grocery had run out. The only bacon I ever buy is Wright brand thick cut. It's excellent! I also love using whole garlic cloves in this because roast garlic is SO delicious (and I'm a junkie when it comes to garlic and onions). I buy the bag of already peeled fresh garlic cloves just to save a little work. The whole garlic cloves get a deep, roasted flavor and melt into the broth completely.Leftovers freeze really well and are just as delicious when reheated! I like to vacuum seal for the freezer. So don't skip making this because you're a 1 or 2 person household: you'll just have more leftovers to freeze and enjoy later on with no work at all!
