Ingredients

  1. 500 gmpeas (matar)
  2. 500 gmpaneer
  3. 2onions puree
  4. 3tomatoes puree
  5. 2 tspgarlic ginger paste
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. as neededgaram masala
  11. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the paneer into cubes and washed the peas.

  2. 2

    Take a pressure cooker add oil heat it.

  3. 3

    Put cumin seeds and crackle it.

  4. 4

    Add onions & tomato puree and saute for 5 min.

  5. 5

    Add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder into it and stir well.

  6. 6

    Saute for 5 -7 min.

    Add peas into it and saute for2- 3 min.

    Add required water into it and close the lid of cooker.

  9. 9

    Cook it for 3 whistle.

  10. 10

    Add paneer cubes into it.

  11. 11

    Sprinkle garam masala on it and serve it.
