Cooking Instructions

Deseeds Dates,Chop roughly and dip in Lukewarm milk.

Take dates in a blender, add ½ cup milk and puree till smooth.

Take remaining milk in a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil.

Add dates puree and cook for 10-15minutes on low flame.Switch off the flame.

Add cardamom powder and mix well.
- 6
Heat ghee in a pan.Fry cashews,almonds and finely chopped dates and cook till crispy.

Add it into the kheer and mix well.Add raisins also.Transfer it into serving bowl.

Keep in refrigerator for some time,add some more chopped almonds and raisins.Enjoy😋
