I made this dish because, of my family love of salad.

My daughter likes Sweet Potato fry with paprika,My hubby likes pan fried Halloumi & I simply love Avacado. So one day I combined all these to make a Salad and this turned out to be our Family Salad.We called it as "ASH" Salad as it contains what we like the most as well as the name holds the first letters of our names(Asim,Shebin &Shaista)

I always wake up in the middle of the night starving and it tastes amazing with bread 😁

I found this dish at the salad bar at my work's cafeteria. I dissected it and was able to create it. My family loves it. I usually have to make a double batch. It goes really fast. Perfect for lunch. Great for a light vegetarian dinner. Add a chicken breast to it if you desire. You can also replace dill with basil.
