Ingredients

1hr 30mins
4 to 5 persons
  1. 3 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 teaspoonyeast
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 1/3 cupssugar
  5. 1/8salt
  6. 2tbspns butter
  7. 1/2tspn b.pwder
  8. 1 cupWater
  9. 2eggs..one for glazing

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve flour, baking powder, salt

  2. 2

    Add all dry ingredients in a bowl,add in butter and mix to get a crumblike texture

  3. 3

    Add in 1 egg milk & water...careful with the water coz u might not need all

  4. 4

    Mix together/ knead for like 15mins and cover to double in size

  5. 5

    When doubled,punch down and cut into tiny balls and place in a well prepared pan

  6. 6

    Allow to rise again for like 30 min before glazing with egg & bake in a preheated oven for 25/30 mins.
