Ingredients

5 minutes
2 people
  1. 1 cuporange juice
  2. 1/2 cupwalnuts
  3. 2bananas cut into 1 inch pieces
  4. 1/2 cupalmond milk or normal toned milk
  5. 1orange peeled and cut into chunks
  6. as neededDrizzle of honey for sweetness
  7. as neededSome chopped walnuts for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put banana, orange juice, orange chunks, walnuts and milk in a blender.

  2. 2

    First blend it on low speed and when you see that the ingredients have mixed increase the speed.

  3. 3

    Blend till it gets smooth.

  4. 4

    Drizzle some honey over it.

  5. 5

    Put it in fridge for at least an hour.

  6. 6

    Pour in the glass and garnish with chopped almonds. Serve chilled.
