In a mixing bowl add all capsicum, corn, onion.

Add cheese, schezwan sauce, mix well. No need to add extra salt

Fill the canapes with stuffing, approximately 1 tbsp is used for one canapé.

Microwave these for 30 sec, so cheese get melted, if you do not have micro, then saute this mixture on gas so cheese get melted

Garnish it with schezwan sauce

Sprinkle grated cheese on it
- 7
Garnish with chopped green coriander
- 8
Serve immediately.
