Ingredients

1 kid
  1. 1 cuppoha (flat rice)
  2. 1 cupChopped vegetables as tomato, potato, onion or any
  3. 2 tbspPeanut
  4. 1 tbsLemon juice
  5. 3-5Curry patta
  6. 1/4 tbspsarso/ mustard seed
  7. to tasteSalt,chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a stranger take poha add some water and wet for 5 minute

  2. 2

    In a kadai add oil,curry patta, sarso seed, when it cracked add chopped vegetables

  3. 3

    In other pan fry peanut when it cool remove it's outer layer cruush it

  4. 4

    When vegetables cooked add wet poha and stir add peanuts and fresh coriander ready to serve

  5. 5

    It is very tasty for kids and you can enjoy it breakfast also
