材料

2-3 servings
  1. broccoli rabe 1 bunch
  2. water 1/4 cup
  3. extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
  4. garlic (minced) 2 cloves
  5. crushed red chili one pinch
  6. kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon
  7. freshly ground black pepper to taste
  8. Pecorino Romano cheese to taste

作り方

  1. 1

    Trim 1/2 inch ends of the broccoli rabe then cut in half.

    Oil in the large pan over medium heat, add rabe.

  3. 3

    Add water then cover with a lid, cook 3-5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Remove the lid, stir in the garlic, chili, salt and peppers

  5. 5

    Cook until the stem gets tender but not mushy.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle with grated Pecorino Romano cheese, and serve.

コツ・ポイント

I like to keep some texture from the broccoli, so cook partially in the pan.
