作り方

Gather all the ingredients.

Check thoroughly the salmon to make sure no leftover bones.

Cut the salmon in chunks.

Put the salmon/mayonnaise/mustard/lemon juice into →

a food processor and pulse until combined, not puréed.

Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Add scallions, parsley, panko, onion powder, salt and pepper

Gently mix until combined.

Divide the salmon mixture into 4 mounds.

Apply oil on hands, shape each mound into a burger shape.

Put the patties on a plate and cover with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.

Add the burgers and cook for 4-5 mins or until browned.

Flip and cook another 4-5 mins until cooked thoroughly.

To keep a nice texture for the patties, keep an eye on the food processor to avoid over pulsing.
