作り方

Place peeled eggs in a small glass bowl.

Mash eggs with a fork either into chunky or fine pieces.

Combine all the rest of the ingredients, and stir well.

Taste, add salt and pepper if needed.

Cover and refrigerate for an hour to allow flavor to blend.

NOTE: You can use equal amounts of pickles instead.
コツ・ポイント
Tartar sauce typically has pickles, but I'm not a big fan of it (but my family is), so I use capers as a sub for this.
