We like chicken thighs over breast, and I would like to add some festive colors for our Christmas dinner :-)
作り方

Season with salt and pepper for the chicken.

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Place chicken and sear each side. Remove from the skillet

Add onion and cook until translucent.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add wine and cook 2-3 minutes.

Add tomato/red pepper/salt/black pepper/sugar.

Bring it to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens.

Add chicken back with basil. Simmer in the sauce (3 minutes)

Place the cheese atop of the chicken, and cover.

Cook until the cheese is melted. Serve.
コツ・ポイント
Add fresh basil at the end of the cooking to keep a green color.
