作り方

Trim tough 1/2 inch ends of the broccoli rabe. Cut in half.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Add salt/cauliflower. Cook and stir until it boils.

NOTE: this water has about the same saltiness as pasta water

Drain the cauliflower through a strainer. Let it cool off.

Chop into 1" pieces.

Use a salad spinner to remove excess water.

Transfer into a heat safe medium bowl.

Oil in a small skillet over low heat.

Add pepper and garlic. Cook until the garlic gets golden.

Pour it over the broccoli and toss it until combined.

Season with salt and black pepper. Serve.
