材料

serves 2人分
  1. rice 225g
  2. commercially available chirashi-sushi ingredients
  3. eggs 3
  4. sugar 1 tsp
  5. cooking sake 1 tbsp
  6. salt 1g
  7. vegetable oil
  8. Frozen green beans 3
  9. Nori(Dried seaweed)
  10. crab sticks 4

作り方

  1. 1

    Place cooked rice in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix commercially available chirashi-sushi ingredients.

  3. 3

    Whisk the eggs, sugar, cooking sake, salt, vegetable oil.

  4. 4

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

    Spread the eggs in a thin layer.Cook until it’s somewhat set

    Cover the pan and place on a wet cloth.

  7. 7

    Repeat steps 7 and 8 and cut the eggs into thin strips.

    Cut green beans diagonally into 4 cm lengths.

  9. 9

    Cut nori into thin rectangles.

  10. 10

    Shred the crab sticks into small pieces.

  11. 11

    Serve rice and top with egg, green beans and crab sticks.

In #2, please mix them before the rice cools.
