Mix the dry ingredients (flour, s. flour and b. powder)

Boil the beer and oil.

Mix 1 and 2 to form a dough

Shape the dough into finger-sized cookies and bake.

Bake for around 20 min, or until they turn golden yellow.

Boil the water and sugar for 15 to 20 min into syrup.

Remove the baking paper before you put the syrup.

Pour the syrup over the baked cookies and let them soak.

Roll cookies in the syrup to cover them completely.

Roll each cookie into ground walnuts.

End product. Enjoy!
コツ・ポイント
I put more beer and a bit less oil. The cup I used was 250ml.
