材料

  1. fried tofu (cut into bite sized pieces) 1 pack (14 oz)
  2. spring cabbage (cut into bite sized pieces) 200 g
  3. beyond beef 1/2 pack
  4. garlic (minced) 1 clove
  5. canola oil 3 tablespoons (divided)
  6. water 2 tablespoons
  7. kosher salt one pinch
  8. for the sauce:
  9. fermented black bean sauce (豆豉醬) 1 tablespoon
  10. sweet bean sauce (甜麺醤) 2 teaspoons
  11. bean paste (豆板醤) 1 teaspoon
  12. sake 1 tablespoon
  13. Chinese dark soy sauce 1 tablespoon
  14. cane sugar 1 teaspoon

作り方

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Oil in a wok over medium heat.

  3. 3

    Add tofu and cook on both sides until golden.

  4. 4

    Remove from the wok and set aside.

  5. 5

    Add oil/cabbage/water/salt. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.

    Remove from the wok and set aside.

    Add oil and meat, crumbling the beef up into small chunks.

  8. 8

    Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

  9. 9

    Stir in bean sauce/paste and cook until fragrant.

  10. 10

    Add sake/soy sauce/sugar and stir to combine.

  11. 11

    Add tofu and cabbage. Cook and stir to combine.

  12. 12

    Serve.
